O Velho PMDB, ultrapassado e anacrônico
Enfim começou 2011.
Começamos com uma nova Presidenta da República e alguns novos Governadores de Estado. Novas maneiras de gerir a máquina governamental e encher de esperanças o cidadão que votou neles e também os que não votaram.
Partidários ou contrários custam a perceber que já passou da hora de descer do palanque e trabalhar para que suas idéias sejam postas em prática.
No âmbito nacional, nota se que o desenho que veremos, após a composição das células do poder, é que Dilma Rousseff e seus novos melhores amigos de infância do PMDB não estão se entendendo.
Estamos com apenas 10 dias do novo Governo, o primeiro conduzido por uma Presidenta eleita pelo povo, Dilma Rousseff tem fama de ser dura na queda, mas velha raposa da política tem sido figurinhas fáceis em qualquer reunião para tomar decisões que coloquem o Brasil nos trilhos da modernidade e do progresso.
Modernidade e Progresso parece ser o antônimo do PMDB que traz em sua linha de frente, homens importantes que não gozam do respeito e confiança do povo Brasileiro. José Sarney e Renan Calheiros têm um histórico de confusões e más escolhas na administração do Senado que seria capaz de deixar envergonhado até o Fernandinho Beira Mar.
Esse PMDB que tem ícones da política nacional, sempre metidos em alguma coisa suspeita é o mesmo que agora faz exigências e dá claros sinais de que se Dilma Rousseff não lhes entregar uma cópia da chave do cofre, ela não vai conseguir governar.
O tal fogo amigo já está fazendo estragos.
Estão articulando para que o Congresso Nacional use o salário mínimo como moeda de troca com a Presidenta e seu Ministro da Fazenda. Ou dividem os cargos do Governo ao meio ou então o novo Governo terá que enfrentar um desgaste por ter que vetar um salário maior que R$ 540,00.
Dizia uma velha amiga, muitos anos atrás, que o ditado popular “Diga-me com quem andas e eu te direi quem és” é o mais certo e justo que alguém criou.
Mas é um engano pensar que só o PMDB tem gente pouco recomendada para estar à frente das decisões do Brasil pós Lula, já que figuras carimbadas do PT também estão de volta ao Planalto e posando de bons moços.
Antônio Palocci é o chefe da casa civil, segundo cargo mais importante da República na opinião de muitos, e também José Dirceu que continua atuante nos bastidores mesmo não tendo cargo nenhum. Os dois freqüentemente podiam ser vistos nas páginas dos jornais protagonizando algum fato polemico e ilícito.
A briga PT/ PMDB pode trazer conseqüências trágicas para o País e não permitir que a primeira mandatária do Brasil governe a sua maneira. Estamos com apenas 10 dias do novo Governo e ainda restam 47 meses e 20 dias para ele acabar.

Assim como anda acontecendo no plano nacional, aqui em Goiás não se tem feito nada que nos eleve a condição de exceção. Nossos políticos e seus partidários mostram a cada dia que vão continuar no palanque até 2012.
As urnas mal foram lacradas e já se ouvia alguém citando nomes, fortes ou fracos para as disputas ainda longínquas pelas prefeituras.
Marconi Perillo assumiu o mandato que segundo ele mesmo será o melhor já realizado por um governante em Goiás. Há quem pregue sempre que “Marconi é um político diferente e arrojado” que arregaçaria as mangas e iria para a labuta desde o primeiro dia de Governo.
Passados 10 dias de sua gestão, quem é governo adota o discurso de que não era do conhecimento deles as reais condições do estado e como quem já começa a afinar um discurso de desculpas, alegam que receberam a famosa “herança maldita” e que será muito difícil cumprir o que foi prometido se não arrochar aqui, apertar ali e até mesmo cortar o que der.
A oposição (que ainda se nega a reconhecer que perdeu além da eleição, também o rumo), parece que vai continuar no palanque e todo e qualquer movimento do Governador será bem “avaliado” antes de emitir alguma opinião, já que ninguém quer contrariar ninguém em início de Governo.
Marconi Perillo parece ter estudado na cartilha de Lula e mesmo antes de assumir fez uma manobra que pode ser considerada genial por um ângulo, e um tiro no pé por outro.
Não podemos afirmar aqui o que se passou na cabeça dele ou na dos lideres do PSDB, mas vista pelo lado positivo para eles foi o fato de ter desnorteado ainda mais quem se intitulava oposição ao governo. E não me refiro só ao PMDB não, PR, PDT e até o PP tão no barco.
Por outro lado, aquele que não tem uma explicação lógica, indaga se, qual seria o interesse do PSDB em manter em evidência um de seus maiores adversários?
Talvez a cúpula do PSDB não tenha visto isso como eu estou explanando aqui, mas senão vejamos o que pode ser o pensamento deles:
Marconi Perillo se mostra um político moderno e desapegado do poder, tanto que aceita dividilo até com adversários, ou ainda que esta mesmo com o pensamento voltado para as soluções do estado e não estaria focado tão somente nos problemas partidários.
Com Thiago Peixoto no Governo, serviu para revelar um Maguito Vilela doidinho para compor com Marconi, o Governador deu uma só tacada e marcou de uma só vez quatro tentos, senão vejamos:
• O convite a Thiago Peixoto foi feito em um momento em que o já confuso PMDB começava a se refazer do golpe eleitoral, se definindo como oposição na Assembléia. Liderados pelos jovens, Francisco Júnior, Bruno Peixoto, Waguinho e Deniel Vilela que estão loucos para mostrar serviço e colocar suas idéias em prática para assim, quem sabe um dia serem elevados a assumir o posto que ainda hoje é de Iris Rezende.
• Um integrante do PMDB no governo pode ser visto como o chamariz para seduzir o Vice Presidente Michel Temer, que está sedento de poder e louco para levar o PMDB a seguir na direção contrária de Dilma Rousseff e o PT.
• Mas não é só isso, já que Thiago Peixoto, Secretário, deixou o caminho livre para Marina Santana assumir uma cadeira na Câmara Federal. Marina é afinada com Rubens Otoni que é tido como o elo de ligação entre o Governo Federal e Goiás.
• Se sua magistral manobra der mais certo ainda, Dilma vem pelas vias próprias do PT de Otoni e Marina e neste caso Temer e Peixoto não seriam assim tão necessários e úteis ao PSDB, a não ser para continuar agradando o PT e garantir mandato a Marina.
O Ângulo pessimista desta história esbarra em algumas jogadas que também aconteceram no final de 2010 e pode ganhar uma projeção que não esta combinada com nenhum dos atores que foram abduzidos pelo ato Tucano.
• Thiago Peixoto recebeu e aceitou o convite para ser Secretário da Educação, mas por ser jovem e dinâmico, o Peemedebista tende a ser um pouco afoito e tem gente do partido dele que não acredita em completa subordinação como quer Marconi. Thiago tem uma tendência para ser solista e pode ter dificuldades em se manter a sombra do chefe.
• Uma andorinha só não faz verão, como diz a letra da canção, por isso só Thiago Peixoto e uma única Pasta podem não ser suficientes para convencer Temer e o ambicioso diretório nacional do PMDB.
• O agrado recebido pelo PT, através de Marina Santana, pode se tornar sem efeito ou até mesmo ser usado contra, pois tem gente do Partido dos Trabalhadores enxergando nas atitudes do PSDB e de Marconi uma clara manobra para engessar a oposição e ainda pavimentar o caminho para que o partido Tucano assuma o comando das maiores cidades do estado. Entre elas Goiânia e Anápolis que hoje estão nas mãos do PT. O Presidente da sigla, Leonardo Vilela fala abertamente em conquistar pelo menos 100 prefeituras em 2012
• A aproximação de Dilma com Marconi por intermédio de Marina e Rubens é algo possível, mas que pode ter ficado ameaçado pela nova postura que o Prefeito Paulo Garcia está tomando e a composição do secretariado na clara intenção de mostrar serviço, dar sua cara ao mandato e trabalhar pela reeleição em 2012. Isso pode não parecer assim assustador, mas geralmente se tropeça é nas pequenas pedras.
Poderão os velhos caciques do PMDB, insistirem na tese de que Thiago Peixoto merece ser penalizado com a expulsão? A acusação seria infidelidade.
Ou o promissor político da nova geração vai convencer o conselho de ética do partido de que não é um traidor e pode ser possível tirar algum proveito para o partido desta situação?
Thiago Peixoto parece não ter vocação para coadjuvante e mesmo sendo de partido que se considera oposição ao Governo Marconi, ele é o nome mais badalado dos auxiliares escolhidos, causando até ciúmes internos.
Em dez dias de Governo, praticamente ele esteve todos os dias muito exposto na mídia convencional (Rádio, Televisão e jornal) e fez pouco uso próprio das redes sociais, mesmo sem deixar de ser um dos principais assuntos que circularam por elas.
